  This place literally wasted hours of my time. I have only gone there 5 or 6 times and only once did I walk in, get what I came for, and walked out. One time I came, and they were closed for, get this, Valentine's day. They were going to be open the next day, but there was no update online, not even a sign on the door. I had to call regional planned parenthood to even figure out they were going to be open the next day. One day I went and tried to get the patch. They were completely out so I was either forced to switch methods or come back a different day. Another time I went to get my new form of birth control, and they said they couldn't give it to me because I had gotten insurance (despite getting birth control from them previously while having said insurance) which cost me another wasted trip and an unplanned trip to the pharmacy. All I got was an offhand comment about coming in on their lunch break. People who work there are nice enough on the whole, but if your time is of any value to you, go somewhere else.
