  One of the worst healthcare systems in the world worst small locations. Call to setup an appointment, scheduler can't do it so you get redirected to... a voice mail. Try to get a referral and no one will turn it in, or it'll be denied instantly without consideration. No Doctors, only nurses, and they seem to be unable to read a computer screen. Claimed to increase my medication. Went from 80 to 60! How is that an increase, have I gone insane? Refill comes in and its now 120?! Counselor is never available and does not return calls. Their so called dietitian reads from a card that can be found anywhere on any health board ever. Optometrist is available tops three days a week, of which he's actually working maybe half of those. For most higher care your required to go to Buffalo VA, a 45+ minute drive down the Thruway with tolls. Of that you can either take a bus and likely be stranded due to waiting for your apt so long, or opt for the whopping $1.43 they'll reimburse in gas some three+ weeks after submitting the claim.

  Diogenes lantern nailed the nurse I spoke of though I was originally going to keep the name out, but why not.
  Things have slightly improved since this was posted last year. But only slightly.
  They finally admitted coverage I'd known I should've had from day 1 but now, ten years later, I'm getting.
  They're still trying to bill me for medications covered by my VAD rating and the reasons for it.
  New doctor is nice, second out of about 5 I've had since going here. I'm sure there'd be more, but I avoided them like the plague until I got kicked off my insurance.. because having VA benefits now disqualifies you for some private insurances apparently. I can get the High deductable, but the HSA.. nope. Also denied a co-pay policy for the same reason... All because I have VA benefits.. Thats new.. But thats also off topic.
  
  All in all, still shipped to buffalo for anything pretty much anything, shuttle size is smaller than I recall, and theres no times for the shuttle in buffalo. I was literally told I'd have to go outside, in the snow, and wait for it. If I didn't catch it, they weren't able to do anything about that...
  
  Fun fact is the occupancy of the bus, per the sign in it, is max 9.. theres seating for 10 not counting the driver or any wheelchairs.
